We are present on the Romanian market since 1998, supplying professional translation, interpreting, proofreading, localization and DTP services. We have expertise and experience in almost all fields (legal, business, technical, medicine) from 27 European and Asian languages into Romanian and vice-versa. Gentil has developed steadily in the past 10 years and has become an important translation agency on the Romanian market.

Currently, more than 800 clients are entrusting their translation jobs to Gentil. More than 200 experienced translators (both in-house and freelance) and experts are currently working for GENTIL, all driven by a single concept: to provide the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.

Quality - our guiding principle

The high quality of our services alone contributed to the success of our business and helped Gentil develop fast and become a well known translations agency in Romania.
Our main focus is the quality of translations and, in order to ensure it, we carefully select and regularly test our translators, each translation is proofread by a second linguist before delivery and work with modern TM software (TRADOS), up-to-date communication systems and IT platforms.

We select the right translators and experts with the highest expertise and experience in the subject field of the translation. Before starting the translation job, we perform a detailed research in the field and draft an index of terms and terminology for the considered field.

Each order is approached as an individual project and is managed rigorously, within the framework of the established procedures. Your order is taken by a dedicated project manager. The project manager establishes the team of translators and experts who are going to perform the translation job. Subsequently, the translation is verified by proofreaders, who are experts in their fields. At the end, the revised text is edited and formatted, and finally transmitted in electronic format, via email, or as a hard copy.

Guaranteed confidentiality

We guarantee the confidentiality of all information contained in the translated documents or disclosed by the client. This guarantee is confirmed also by the nondisclosure clauses from the Services Agreement we conclude with the client. Our translators have signed a nondisclosure contract with us, enforcing in this way a strict compliance with our data security and confidentiality procedures and guidelines.
